1. Offer / Discounted Products (Final Sale)

  • All items sold at offer price, discounted price, or special sale price are considered Final Sale.

  • These products are sold at extremely low margins.

  • Therefore, no return, exchange, or refund will be accepted for offer-priced items.

  • We are unable to bear return shipping, packing, or exchange costs for discounted products.

We request customers to purchase offer items only after carefully reviewing product details, images, and videos.

2. Full-Price Products

  • Products purchased at regular/full price (non-discounted) may be considered for return or exchange in genuine cases such as:

    • Manufacturing damage

    • Wrong item received

    • Major fitting issues

    • Other valid and verified concerns

  • The request will be reviewed only after proper clarification and verification.

  • Approval is subject to internal quality check and confirmation that the product is not purchased under any discount or offer.

3. Return & Exchange Charges

  • All approved returns or exchanges must be sent back by bearing shipping and packing charges by the customer.

  • Return courier cost and re-shipping charges (if exchange) must be paid by the customer.

  • Shipping, delivery, and packing charges are non-refundable.

4. Conditions for Return

To be eligible for return or exchange:

  • The product must be unused and unwashed.

  • Tags must be intact.

  • The item must be in original condition.

  • Request must be raised within the specified return window (if applicable).

Thunipeedika reserves the right to reject return or exchange requests that do not meet the above conditions.
